Commitment

• 2-3 sessions per week for 3-4 months

• 36 sessions in total for the program

  • If a session is missed during the week it will be added on to the end of the program

• Sessions can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on schedules, current player workload, and topic being reviewed/studied

• In Academy Duo, Trip or Quad, if one player misses a session due to sickness we will add that session to the end of the program for that one player

  • There should only be a difference of 2-3 sessions at the end of the program.

• Sessions will be held at various locations

  • Field locations that work well for all parties

  • Trailheads and parks on the “Eastside" 

  • A place to review game film TBD by all parties

  • Soccer fields around the Seattle area for watching a live soccer game 

  • Other locations may be added

Schedule

The schedule will be planned in advance on a per-month basis. There is the possibility for before-school sessions and 2 per day. Training times will vary from session to session based on combined availability.

 

Support

Please note that this program is going to push players physically and mentally. It will be important that families support their players during the program through encouragement, emotional support, and other means of assistance. This is a great test of a player's will and desire to reach the next level.

 

Other Notes

• This could be a time when the player may need to decide to set aside other activities/sports to put more time into soccer.

• Players must have access to ESPN+ or Peacock.​

• There will be a text chat thread with players and parents for thorough communication
